HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

SCHEDULE A FITTING

Select fitting type (this determines the length), date and time.

We offer six different golf club fitting options from a single club to the entire bag. Count on about an hour to fit a single club and up to four hours for an entire bag.

You can select one of the above or combine them to suit your requirements.

Step 5

Accept and build

Once you have accepted the quote and made payment, your custom clubs are built. We will update you on the date of completion. You can opt to collect or have them delivered to you free of charge.

CLUB BUILDING PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

Our Master Builders will hand assemble each of your clubs to the tightest tolerances without exception.

Step 1

Component selection

All components are weighed, sorted, and matched to the Spec sheet. Next the shafts are cut down the specified length and frequency matched.

Step 2

Dry Build

The Master builder will now swing weight the club, next all clubs are pieced together with a high strength epoxy adhesive. They are left to cure until the epoxy is dry. Next, the ferrules are turned and polished. In the final building stage, the grips are installed.

Step 3

Loft and lie bending

The clubs are now bent to the precise loft and lie measurements and shaft labels are applied.

Step 4

Quality check

Clubs are cleaned and checked against their intended specs before being collected or shipped to their new owner.

If you believe your new clubs are not performing to your expectations at any time within 30 days after receipt, we ask that you please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email. We will work to provide a solution that meets or surpasses your expectations as represented in your initial fitting through your launch monitor report. If after exhausting all measures to ensure your new clubs perform as promised and no other solution can be found, we will accept a return on your purchase.
