Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day refund or store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a store credit

To be eligible for a refund or store credit  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thegolflab.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll communicate with you with regards to the shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / promotion / end of range items or gift cards unless they have material defects.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Custom Build Club Disclaimer Agreement

When purchasing any custom club on our website (www.thegolflab.co.za), please make sure that you have selected all the right options on the heads, shafts & grips. The Golf Lab will not take any responsibility for incorrect selections on the custom build items purchased. If you are not sure about the details of the clubs – we do recommend you visit us at Woodhill Golf Estate for a fitting to ensure all aspects of the clubs suit your swing. We do not offer a refund or a custom change on the clubs bought on our custom build section on our website, if you have not been fitted by our master fitters.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will try and make this process as painless as possible.
